We offer a no-year model, no minus limitation on our service contract

For commercial vehicles, you need specific commercial policies. We cover the spectrum of vehicles including all Uber and Lyft vehicles, bucket and pickup trucks that the local painter or construction worker uses for his business. Often, these vehicles are insured as non-commercial vehicles, but when the adjuster sees the sign on the side of the truck, a claim will be automatically denied.  You now have an unhappy customer.

We are your partner in profit. We help you develop an additional stream of revenue that you are not currently picking up because either your reinsurance company doesn’t have the products or your team is not trained to sell the product. We give you longer terms with exclusionary coverage, which is the product you want to sell. Most reinsurers will offer a three-year 36,000-mile service contract, we can do that, but we could also do a five-year 100,000 mile or a six-year, 125,000-mile contract. Exclusionary coverage provides everything on the car is covered, except what’s not listed. We mimic the manufacturer’s warranty on name and component coverage. It’s very clear what is covered. Everything that we sell is close to 99% exclusionary coverage. 

In many instances, we also cover consequential damage, which is extremely important because if the water pump goes and it causes the failure of another part; we’re going to cover that part in conjunction with the water pump. Most service contracts do not provide consequential damage.

Our coverage is one hundred percent parts and labor retail, regardless of
where the vehicle is serviced. If the repair is $269 an hour in Manhattan, that’s what we pay. If a repair is in Iowa and it’s $142 an hour, that’s what we pay. The customer will never have to come out of pocket for either the parts or the repair because we adjust it to be a hundred percent parts as they were retail, wherever they take the car to a franchise or an independent ASC facility.
